How to participate in the Auction
We organize regular indoor and online auctions with Live Bidding. Indoor auctions are held in Prague; however, because the AUEX auction system allows the so-called Live Bidding – remote auctions – you can participate in them from anywhere – from the comfort of your home, office or elsewhere. Remote bidding during the auction is also possible with our online auctions.
You can participate in the auction both before it starts, by submitting pre-bids, and by bidding directly during the auction. The online catalog of objects in a floor or internet auction is published three weeks before the auction on the auction portal antiumaurum.auex.de, where it is also possible to view the exhibited objects in an enlarged form. However, you can also find the offer of our auction items on the numismatic portals Sixbid, NumisBids and biddr. You can also come and view the items in the floor and online auctions in person, after booking an appointment in advance at info@antiumaurum.cz or by phone at 222317702
PARTICIPATION BEFORE THE START OF THE AUCTION – submission of pre-bids for the floor and internet auctions
You can place your limits on floor or online auction items in the following ways
By entering directly into the AUEX auction system, after prior registration or login (more information on registration and login here). In the auction system you will find an online catalog of all auctioned items. After logging into the system, you can enter your bids for each of these items, even repeatedly.
By filling out the forms for written limits and bidding by phone Registration and delivering them personally or by sending them by post or e-mail to our company headquarters no later than 24 hours before the start of the auction.
By entering limits through numismatic portals SixBid, NumisBids and biddr.
PARTICIPATION IN THE AUCTION at the time of the auction
Participation in the floor auction with Live Bidding
Participation in the auction hall– upon arrival in the hall, registration and allocation of an auction number follows. Then, if you are interested, you can view the selected items during the viewing times.
Participating via remote bidding – if you will be bidding for the first time, please register (more information on registration here) at least 48 hours before the auction. If you plan to bid in the auction, request a limit through the auction system at least 48 hours before the auction. If you are already a registered user and the current limit does not suit you for the current auction, we recommend that you request an increase in advance. To participate in the auction, log in to antiumaurum.auex.de before the auction starts. You can find the auction in the current auction section
Participation in the internet auction with Live Bidding
Participating via remote bidding – if you will be bidding for the first time, please register (more information on registration here) at least 48 hours before the auction. AFTER THE AUCTION
After we receive the results of the auction from the auction system after the hall or internet auction, we will gradually contact all auction participants with auctioned items. After clarification of the clients‘ wishes regarding the acceptance of the items, the clients will receive a document for the auction with the auctioned items, the amount to be paid in EUR and CZK and information on payment.
Post-auction sale of unauctioned items in the auction is not offered.
